- DAIKON RADISH LEAVES - 1/3 ~ 1/4 OF BUNCH
- CARROT - 1/2 ~ 1/3
- GOBO (BURDOCK) - 1/3 ~ 1/4
- SHIITAKE MUSHROOM - 1
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- SELECT ORGANIC AND NO PESTICIDES
- LEAVE SKIN
- SHIITAKE MUST BE SUN DRIED
COOKING DIRECTION
- PLACE THE VEGETABLES IN A SAUCE PAN
(ALUMINUM OR STAINLESS STEEL; NO TEFLON COATED MATERIAL).
- POUR WATER ABOUT 3 TIMES OF THE VEGETABLE.
- BOIL ABOUT 1 HOUR
NOTE:
- You may store the soup in a glass container
and save it about 3 days in a refrigerator.
- Residues of the ingredients can be used for
other cooking, such as miso-soup or udon noodle, etc.
